Elaine Sans Souci - Team Leader / Founder

Elaine is the founding member of Team Sans Souci. Licensed in 1986, she remains in the top 2% of production of realtors in the U.S. 

2008 marks the start of Elaine’s 23rd year of service to the Valley of the Sun.  She is a consistent Multi Million Dollar Producer 1987-2006 and Keller Williams Platinum Team Award winner.  She is also a certified instructor for Keller Williams, sits on their Agent Leadership Council, and is a Member of the National Association of Realtors.

Rather than specializing in a particular geographical area, Elaine prefers to specialize in caring for her clients.  She continues to upgrade her education, technology and staff all to that end.

Her mission: To be a fiduciary to buyers and sellers giving them superior and professional service before during and after the sale.  Her success in obtaining this goal can be seen in a referral business of over 90%.

Monique Mooney - Team Administrator / Buyer's Agent

Licensed in 2005, Monique comes to us with over 25 years of sales, marketing and customer service experience. 

She uses those skills by meeting the needs of home buyers and working behind the scenes to ensure that their transactions flow through escrow as smoothly as possible. 

Monique also coordinates the marketing of our listings to ensure that home sellers get the best possible price in the shortest amount of time.
